We were in Arbatax for 6 days, had fairly nice stay, the hotel was clean with amazing and beautiful location in the ice-cream shop where you have to pay in cash...

Limited parking availability.

The resort does look nice and the food was very good.

It is overall too big. For a 4 star resort it is not aceptable that you have to go to the beach by bus. The location is also not the best; one is basically "stuck" there. The staff at check-in (which should be more clearly marked) also seemed a bit inefficient. Moreover, we had to ask for everything ourselves: nobody informed us of any events happening.

We had to share the outside space with someone else's washing. Staff were inflexible with requests.

The hotel is designed like a traditional Sardinian town, with separate stone houses, offering privacy and a quiet atmosphere. It has two pools and a natural pool for snorkeling. The buffet has a variety of local and sea...  

The room met expectations, it was functional and clean with the style of an old village, pleasant views, for instance. The staff helped us and were amiable. That hotel was in a marvellous and incredible location, by sea. ...  

The idea of combining hotel with wildlife. Beautiful scenery - sea, clifs.

Both teritory and rooms are crying for renovation. It is like resemblance from old good days. As there is permanent humidity from the sea rooms smell like caves or cellars. Our room was very dark as well. There are shuttles to move around the territory of park but for some reason they ask extra pay for it. Access to beaches was not the most convenient and better beaches are found outside the park territory. Without the car one may feel rather restricted in moving around. We had only breakfast included and the quality of it was very average and dishes and cups often were dirty. The place is definitely for the people who like crowd.

Sailing, boat tours, and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water. We spent the day on the private sandy beach where the kids had a blast snorkeling and building sandcastles.

My children wanted a kids' club for some organized activities.

When we visit Arbatax, like staying here. The breakfast is varied for the substandard assortment, has outstanding food. It has both amicable and excellent staff.

Stunning panoramic views, delicious Sardinian and Mediterranean dishes, comfortable rooms with free parking, and a nature park with plants and animals. Plenty of sports facilities and a fantastic spa.

Who needs internet in the rooms? And breakfast? Just give me some old greenish scrambled eggs and I'll be satisfied.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the reception area and pool area, making it convenient for relaxing and enjoying the facilities. The room was well-sized and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of choices, including freshly made espresso, to start the day off right. The view from the Monte Turri terrace during the aperitivo was breathtaking and provided a peaceful setting to unwind.

The quality of the food during dinner was not on par with the expected four-star experience.

Great views and location. Plenty of activities to keep the family entertained. The beach was nice and within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful with local recommendations.

The food was average, and could have been better. The hotel rooms were outdated and could use some renovation. The pool was crowded and the lounging area didn't provide enough shade. it was a good experience, but improvements could be made for the price.

The beaches and nature were breathtaking, and we enjoyed exploring the area with the resort's tours. The pools were also a nice alternative to the beaches, and the resort was very clean.

The rooms and structures were old, and some personalized services were lacking. The beach chaises were uncomfortable, and the shuttle service was expensive and misleading.
